Nashville, TN, (July 23, 2012) – Nashville Sweets, a locally owned and operated bakery, rocks their first year in business by creating a celebrity confection for Ringo Starr’s birthday bash at the Hard Rock Café Nashville. The organic carrot cake was a four-foot tall sunflower laced in peace and love symbols and trimmed with 1,000 decorated sugar cookies.“We were excited to get the request and certainly up for the challenge. It’s not every day you get to make a cake for a Beatle,” said Brittany Pulley Co-Owner of Nashville Sweets.
Nashville Sweets is a boutique bakery specializing in hand crafted cake pops, cupcakes, cakes and other desserts for weddings, special events, corporate gifts and custom orders. Danielle Worley and Brittany Pulley, who create each confection by hand, founded the bakery last July.
“We believe every sweet we create should be artfully made and taste delicious too,” said Worley.
Their success and popularity of their uniquely crafted cake pops, has prompted the launch of an online shop. Customers can now order, customize and ship cake pops nationwide at NashvilleSweets.com.
Nashville Sweets is located 2021 21st Ave S., Suite C110 in Nashville and is open by appointment only. Danielle and Brittany also meet one on one with brides for complimentary tastings. For more information visit NashvilleSweets.com.
