YumEastNashville Sweets is a local boutique bakery in East Nashville built on the love of food, art and Jesus. Specialties include custom desserts such as cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and other confections. Founders Brittany Pulley and Danielle Worley believe every sweet can be art and should be beautiful, delicious and made with a whole lot of passion, care and laughter. Their creations reflect the style and personalities of their clients. Creative challenges and new projects are always welcome!

In the summer of 2011, Brittany and Danielle were good friends working together in print, graphic design and marketing during the day when they found themselves in the kitchen at night. They began baking and decorating cakes as a creative outlet for family and friends.

IMG_2248With the love and support from family and great demand for their creations, Nashville Sweets was born! One year later, they both called the cake business their full time gig. After another year, much prayer, hard work and determination, they opened their first storefront in East Nashville at 803 Woodland Street.

Brittany and Danielle feel as though they’ve been abundantly blessed in their business and families. In an effort to share those blessings and because they take Matthew 25:40 to heart, the bakery intentionally supports local and global causes that are close to their hearts.

Brittany plays many roles in the bakery including baking, decorating, managing wholesale clients and all of our the bridal consults. She was the first to ignite the bakery dream by enrolling in cake decorating classes. Her passion for food is evident as she spends extensive time creating and experimenting with new recipes and flavor combinations. Born in Chester, Illinois, raised in Joelton, Tennessee, Brittany now resides in Nashville with her husband Drew and their King Charles Cavalier, Charlie and two black lab mixes, Remi and Olive. 
Danielle is the creator behind the brand, from designing the logo and curating content, to creating and managing NashvilleSweets.com. She carries her graphic design love into planning and decorating the many desserts and cakes that grace client’s plates and parties. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Commercial Art from Nossi College of Art.  Born in San Pedro, California, raised in Oklahoma, Danielle now resides in LaVergne, Tennessee with her husband Jason, three sons Caleb, Bryce, Nolan, and Pit Bull mix, Bruce.
